HyCutz Hydes custom
By 26, I had successfully taken over and doubled the revenue of a construction company, but I walked away. Why? Because I knew I was meant for more than mass production and profit margins. I wanted to create quality craftsmanship that mattered, the kind that wasn’t just built to sell, but built to last.
That led me to the amazing Bend, Oregon, where I pursued my General Contractor’s license and began refining my skills as a master carpenter, working with builders across Central Oregon. But the real shift happened when I started building for myself—designing and crafting custom furniture for my own home.
It wasn’t just about making furniture. It was about creating spaces where my family and I could gather, where time slowed down, and where the craftsmanship had meaning. That passion grew into Hyde Customs, where I now design and build handcrafted, sustainable wood patio furniture that transforms outdoor spaces into something special where you and your family can gather.
This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of everything I’ve learned, everything I value, and everything I want to bring to my clients.
