What to expect for shipping and delivery costs
DELIVERY:
We proudly offer Free Delivery within 200 miles of our shop (2615 Southwest Cessna Drive) for all purchases over $3,000.
For orders under $3000 or over 200 miles from our shop we charge $1 for each additional mile on 3k+ purchase or $1 per mile for deliveries under 200 miles.
SHIPPING:
Due to varying shipping rates and the fact that are pieces are so large and can be custom, WE WILL CALCULATE THE SHIPPING COSTS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED AND SEND YOU A SHIPPING INVOICE FOR PAYMENT. (As a general rule: Shipping costs will not exceed 20% of the sale price)

Smooth cedar products have a 7 year warranty and all rough sawn products have a 12 year. Our warranty covers any structural or material defects in our handcrafted wood furniture—because quality should stand the test of time. While this doesn’t include normal wear and tear on upholstery or fabric, hardware, third-party parts, or shipping damage, you can rest easy knowing your piece is backed by our expert craftsmanship. Repairs are only performed by our skilled builders at Hycutz, ensuring your furniture stays as strong and beautiful as the day you got it.

Delivery Made Easy
We offer free delivery within a 200-mile radius on orders of $3,000 or more—because quality craftsmanship deserves a smooth ride home. Need your furniture shipped beyond that? No problem! We provide shipping options to get your piece wherever it needs to go.
For orders under $3000 or over 200 miles from our shop we charge $1 a mile for delivery.

Great things take time—but not too much! Our standard orders ship in 1-2 weeks, while custom pieces take 3-4 weeks to ensure every detail is just right. Quality craftsmanship is always worth the wait!
